Neutron Probes - Service & Repair

ICT International offers customers a full and comprehensive repair service for CPN 503DR neutron probes. This involves replacement of probe display top keyboards, modular circuit boards and also probe electronics, circuit board component repairs and repairing of broken neutron detectors. The service is carried out by our in-house service team which has over 25 years' experience in servicing CPN neutron probes.

Diagnosing a fault

Before contacting ICT regarding a repair to a Neutron Probe we ask that you first check our Knowledgebase and work through the detailed list of problems and solutions. In many cases problems associated with Neutron Probes can easily be fixed by the user which will allow you to resume the use of the probe minimizing down time.

Obtaining an RMA Number

When a serious problem is experienced that does require a qualified techincan's attention please download from this site and complete an RMA (Return to Manufacturers Authorisation) form. The RMA form is a summary sheet that requires the user to describe the problem or fault being experienced and aids ICT in identifying each customers equipment and process repairs in a timely manner.

Once you have completed the RMA form please email it to sales@ictinternational.com.au. ICT will promptly respond with an official RMA Number and direct you on how best to send the equipment to us.
